I love tomatoes with eggs, and they’re easy.
I love mushrooms as well, but they take time. I guess if you’re on the ball enough to start them when you start the bacon, they’d be good to go when everything else is.

Mushrooms needn’t take much time, a couple of large or Portabello mushrooms with the stalk removed and lightly oiled and seasoned baked in the oven while your doing the bacon, need only 8 to ten minutes.
Or button mushrooms l ightly fried for three minutes in a little oil.

It’s true. You can’t beat a full English, but it takes time and takes practices to get things cooked ready for serving and not sitting waiting for other elements to finish.
of course breakfast light is good too .

I ought to try it some time. Problem is as a single person household I gotta control my fresh produce inventory fairly tightly, and I only have time to actually cook breakfast on weekends.

Mushrooms are quite hardy and versatile.
They invariably keep for about a week if not sliced.
They can be used for Italian foods, steaks, burgers, etc...
